Absolutely love the energy and healing aura of this beautiful studio in Hawi. Ambre and Coral, both sisters, have both incredible wit and passion for massage. A family owned and local business; I highly recommend their massage as one of the Best on the Island!

The massage felt fantastic. I really loved the pressure points throughout my back, on my head and feet. That really added alot to the overall massage. Felt very relaxed when I was done. The overall experience was wonderful and my tension melted away.

Massage has been important to my well being for about 20 years now. It started out as a monthly luxury and is now a necessity for keeping me moving. My husband only gets massage on vacation and I only go to my regular therapist at home.
He had his vacation massage with Ambre at Health In Motion which is a nice calm family run operatoin and reported that his massage was wonderful. When I went in for my massage with her, she was terrific. She is very skilled and knows exactly which areas need work. I am sure she can do a great soothing and relaxing rub but it is hard to find someone who can give you relief from deep seated muscular issues.
For a tourist, Hawi is a little bit out of the way but well worth the visit. We stopped there for my husband’s massage on our way to Polulu Lookout which is really worth the drive. The hike down is very steep and the black sandy beach is beautiful. I also enjoyed shopping in Hawi and had a very nice lunch where I met some nice people. We made a second trip out here just for our massages and driving in Hawaii is very scenic.

Aloha from the Big Island!! I really appreciated Ambre and Family helping me after my surgery. The cranial sacral therapy by Laura really did relieve the pain I had after my wisdom teeth were removed. I also like the fact that you can get gift certificates and they are so available , even last minute. Thank you so much for providing such a great service for the Kohala Coast here on the Big Island!!! Truly appreciate it! Jonathan

How can we thank you enough for your amazing help during our visit to Hawaii? Following a jarring ATV ride, my daughter found her neck tense and locked, unable to move her head from side to side and with a throbbing headache. Desparate to find relief we THANKFULLY stumbled upon Ambre! She welcomed us immediately and booked an appointment for my daughter …and I
… within the hour. We both left Health in Motion grateful for the talented and skilled hands of our therapists. Our next trip to the island will BEGIN with a trip to Ambre and to the scenic coastal town of Kawi! Thank you, thank you!

Not to far from the Kohala Resorts. In a quaint old Hawaiian sugar cane town called Hawi. The treatments are a great price compared to what we found inside the hotels. Even better with the coupon. My therapist was excellent and my husband also liked his. I would recommend them for a nice day trip and have lunch across at the deli.

Wow, what a great way to enjoy the beautiful area of Hawi, and to unwind…..have a Massage with Leeza! She is an incredibly skilled therapist and a wonderful person. My husband arrived with aches and pains, and we both found her body work approach to be so beneficial! (And I might add that I am a massage therapist from Santa Fe, NM). We hope to return.
